I am a receptionist/referral coordinator and I am responsible for obtaining prior authorizations for patient’s medical care. Patient’s have the comfort of knowing that if and when they need to see a specialist or schedule diagnostic testing, I will be here to answer your questions, address your concerns, and assist you in this process. Working for Dr. Brand for many years I have the skills and confidence to handle your insurance needs.
I am the office coordinator and insurance biller for the office of Dr. Richard D. Brand. I enjoy the challenges and new demands that come with my positions in a dynamic and constantly changing heath care environment. My goal is to help assist our patients with their billing questions and to create a smooth and accurate electronic insurance transmission for both our patients and our office. I am a “multi-tasker” and welcome the opportunities that are necessary to facilitate the efficiency of our office. I am happy to assist you with your professional needs.
As a front office receptionist, I am the person who will greet and welcome you when you enter our office. As a certified medical assistant, I can assist you with both medical and administrative needs. Our practice participates in electronic prescription transmission. As directed by Dr. Brand and our medical staff, I will process your medication delivery directly to your pharmacy or prescription provider. I look forward to meeting and greeting you at our lovely office.
